Chatbot for ex-military survivors of sexual violence wins hackathon prize

The first prize winner of a recent [justice “hackathon”] ( in the US (an event, typically lasting several days, in which a large number of people meet to engage in collaborative computer programming) is an initiative targeting ex-military survivors of sexual violence.
