Covid19, women with disabilities and rural areas

I am Betty, the Foundering Director, BUDIVEA, in Buikwe District Uganda. We are happy to have submitted our COVID-19 grass root proposals. In Buikwe, disabled girls and women during this COVID-19 pandemic have experienced high sexual violence and men who have done this bad sexual act have gone freely. We wish to learn from other members, how have you able to empower girls and women with hearing impairment (Deaf) to come out and speak? Secondly, how are you involving the local government to intervene. Thank you for your ideas

Joycemeyer.org has a ministry for sex abuse and sex trafficking and I know she would help in any way she can. I am a victim of rape and I know what is is like when no one helps. Joyce has been a voice of encouragement for years. I am praying for you and the girls. With hope for justice, Ingrid

I also saw this site and there are many resources for women.
