ERRC Seeks Communications Officers (2 vacancies)
The ERRC seeks qualified applicants for two Communications Officer positions. Based in Budapest, the Communications Officers keep the ERRC at the forefront of Roma rights issues in Europe, making sure key actors, institutions, and the general public are aware of our work and Roma rights issues more generally, and that these issues are, and remain, on their agendas. The Communications Officers help ensure the highest standards in the delivery of ERRC communications outputs by supporting the organisation with strong drafting and editing skills, strong analysis, and effective communication skills.
ERRC Seeks Fundraising Officer
The European Roma Rights Centre (ERRC) seeks a Fundraising Officer to ensure the financial future of a dynamic organisation at the forefront of human rights advocacy on behalf of Roma throughout Europe. The Fundraising Officer works closely with the management team to seize and develop opportunities to secure funds for the ERRC’s important work transforming the situation of Roma rights.
ERRC Seeks Human Rights Trainer
The European Roma Rights Centre (ERRC) seeks qualified applicants for the position of Human Rights Trainer (HRT). The HRT is vital to fulfilling the ERRC’s mission of empowering Roma to understand and assert their rights. The HRT coordinates, develops, and implements the ERRC’s human rights training strategy and programmes to enhance the capacity of Romani activists and other relevant actors for the promotion of and respect for the human rights of Roma.
ERRC Seeks Management Assistant
The European Roma Rights Centre (ERRC) seeks qualified applicants for the position of Management Assistant. The Management Assistant provides key support to management to ensure that the ERRC’s operations run smoothly and that the organisation’s Budapest-based management and staff have sufficient administrative support to carry out their vital tasks related to promoting Roma rights across Europe.
ERRC Seeks Human Rights Monitoring Coordinator
The European Roma Rights Centre (ERRC) seeks qualified applicants for the position of the Human Rights Monitoring Coordinator. The Coordinator is responsible for ensuring the collection of information and data about the human rights situation of Roma through coordination of the ERRC’s local monitors and facilitators and through identification, commissioning and supervision of other fact-finding and research activities with relevance to the ERRC’s mission.
ERRC Seeks Networking Officer
The European Roma Rights Centre (ERRC) seeks qualified applicants for the position of Networking Officer. The Networking Officer is responsible for maintaining and growing the ERRC’s position within Roma and human rights networks, and to raise the profile of the ERRC’s work within those networks. The Networking Officer will enable the ERRC to take advantage of opportunities to work closely with partners (especially grassroots organisations) and to network with Roma communities, as well as to target those authorities whose behaviour ERRC wants to change.
ERRC Seeks Advocacy Officers (2 vacancies)
The European Roma Rights Centre (ERRC) seeks qualified applicants for two Advocacy Officer positions. The Advocacy Officers are responsible for finding creative ways to engage directly with the people and institutions whose behaviour the ERRC is trying to change, such as government ministers and other officials, as well as the non-judicial bodies (such as UN committees) that have the power to hold them to account.
