How can we administer justice amidst poverty in uganda?

By annihilating the problems and integrating the new techniques the justice for the people of uganda can be achieved-

• curing the disease, which leads to poor health and reduces work productivity.
• people there are highly depend on the agriculture because of which there is lack of skilled labor, so vocational training must be provided to them. -lack of social security must be guarded .
• purchasing capacity has to be inclined by making them aware of how they can use their skill and turn it into constructive work and earn their living.
• education is again the important work , on which government has to look over firmly and implement the policies strictly.
