Namati is looking for an Operations Associate for the Office of the CEO

Namati is searching for an organized, detail-oriented Operations Associate for the Office of the Chief Executive Officer. This position will be based in our Washington, D.C.

As the Operations Associate, you’ll provide administrative, operational, and research support for Namati’s CEO, operations, and development teams. This position will work intimately with the CEO and report to Namati’s Chief Operating Officer.

Your responsibilities will include the following:

  • Maintain the CEO’s calendar and serve as the interface of correspondence to those seeking time with CEO, both internally and externally; and provide the CEO with thorough and timely meeting preparation.

  • Facilitate smooth and efficient communication between the CEO and Namati’s global staff.

  • Draft email correspondence on the CEO’s behalf.

  • Prepare travel logistics, time-sheets, and expense reports for the CEO and other Namati leaders as necessary.

  • Provide research assistance to the CEO for live programmatic or organizational questions as they arise.

  • Provide other support to the CEO and Operations team as needed, including basic technology troubleshooting.

  • Assist with planning and coordinating Namati events.

  • Support the COO in a variety of operations team processes and logistics.

  • Provide administrative support to Namati’s development team, including entering all development information into Namati’s leads tracking database.

  • Coordinate engagement for Namati leadership, including phone conferences, quarterly video-conferences, and in-person meetings.

  • Manage Namati’s global admin email account and primary phone line.
