San Indigenous Minority Group Struggles to Access COVID-19 Prevention and Treatment Information in Zimbabwe

Tsoro -o-tso San Development Trust, a local minority rights advocacy organisation in Zimbabwe with support from the Open Society Foundations recently published a research report on access to COVID-19 prevention and treatment information among the San indigenous community in Zimbabwe.

The research report indicates that the San community is struggling to access information on COVID-19 due to poverty and limited access to communication technologies such as smartphones, television and radio sets.

Community, what has been the experience of indigenous, ethnic and linguistic minorities in accessing COVID-19 information in your countries?
