Cing Don Nuam joined Namati Myanmar as a learning officer - research, policy and advocacy. Prior to joining Namati, she worked as a data community coordinator at Phandeeyar for one year, leading Data Literacy Program with East West Management Institute (EWMI), supported by The World Bank. She found her passion in land research and community legal empowerment when she started working as a research assistant for an “r4d” project, organized by Center for Development and Environment (CDE) in University of Bern. She earned her B.A in Economics from Randolph College, located in Lynchburg, Virginia of the USA in 2016. She is also an alum (9th-wave) of the Pre-Collegiate Program in Yangon, Myanmar.
