After finishing her MSc in Human Rights from London School of Economics (LSE) in 2016, I began working with Tamkeen Fields for Aid as a Project Coordinator. During that time, I worked on two projects focused on empowering both Syrian Refugees and the host communities in the Jordanian Labour Market through services provided by a team of Community Facilitators (CFs). I also worked on a number of research papers during that time. These include a study on the connection between Human Trafficking and Early and Forced Marriage; as well as one on Access to Justice for Migrants. My interest in Human Rights began at an early age as a Palestinian growing in the midst of the Intifada. During that turbulent time, I immersed myself in books in an attempt to find ways to help improve our future. This passion grew within me along with a believe that politics will not lead an answer but empowering the people to speak for themselves. I hope to use my knowledge and expertise in my efforts to so do.
