Ellis Mwansa is a young but passionate person with regards to promoting the basic human rights for all, I have studied law at the university of Zambia. Recently we worked on a case where we petitioned the constitutional court to allow prisoners participation in national elections and I can proudly say that the case was decided in our favor!
