As an undercover human rights investigator, he fearlessly delved into the depths of various societal issues to uncover injustices and advocate for change.

With a background as a social worker, Sabka possesses a deep understanding of the challenges faced by vulnerable communities. His passion for social justice led him to establish the Prison Inmate Development Initiative, now known as the Council for Affirmative Action (COFAA). Through this organization, he aimed to support and empower former inmates, helping them reintegrate into society and rebuild their lives.

As the Executive Director of Council For Affirmative Action (COFAA), Sabka demonstrated visionary leadership, implementing initiatives that provided education, job training, and mental health support to those affected by the criminal justice system.
