I work as a Consultant for the National Legal Aid Council from Moldova.
We strive to ensure qualitative delivery of legal aid through, but not limited to:
- Monitoring the implementation of policy documents, strategies and budget expenditure for the legal aid system;
- Ensuring initial and continuous training, including through the National Institute of Justice, of professionals involved in the legal aid system;
- Monitoring the process of delivering qualified state guaranteed legal aid;
- Organizing, monitoring and evaluating the primary legal aid granted through the Paralegals network.
