I have I have been working in the social development sector since 1995 with focusing on gender, human rights, access to justice, capacity building and M & E. My professional experience covers a full range of funding and project management blended with extensive field experience in diverse geographic locations within Bangladesh. I am experienced in program planning, budgeting, implementation, monitoring and evaluation. Gradually, my career transitioned into policy and decision-making levels in both national and international organizations. Thoroughly trained in Results Based Management (RBM) both at theoretical and practical levels to effectively plan and manage development projects. I have excellent understanding on gender issues, human rights, community participation, partnership approach, problem solving and communication.
I worked with various national and international organizations in the arena of social development. Presently working with South Asian Institute of Advanced Legal and Human Rights Studies (SAILS) as Program Coordinator.
