I am a human rights lawyer, who worked also as a humanitarian worker in the Democratic Republic of the Congo. I am currently a legal adviser with Lawyers Without Borders Canada, a non-governmental international development organisation, whose mission is to support the defence of human rights for the most vulnerable groups and individuals, through the reinforcement of access to justice and legal representation.

I am glad I heard about the network and can become part of a global movement working to promote equal opportunities and find ways to make legal empowerment a reality for the most marginalized.
