I have experience in Program and project Management, Community Development and I have done a lot of work in areas of alternative thinking, broader participation of people in their issues, Good Governance, land and Natural resources Human Rights and Movement building .

The goal of empowering people to take care of their development aspirations within the context that places their way of life and freedom at the top of the agenda has always concerned me. I value team playing and a leadership, which relies on horizontal modes of decision making. The spirituality of all that we do in life and leadership is always uppermost for me.
