Andiko serves as Senior Lawyer in AsM Law Office. He received his Masters at the University of Indonesia, Faculty of Economic Law. He is currently a Member of the Steering Committee on Indonesia National Climate Change Control and specializes in environmental justice.

Additionally, Andiko has worked for a range of institutions in Indonesia including but not limited to the Indonesia National Forestry Council, HuMa: Association for Community and Ecologically Based Law Reform, Natural Resources Law Institute, Indonesian Legal Aid Foundation - Padang, and Transparency International Indonesia.
