Caitlin is the Director and Co-Founder of Traverse Research and Development Associates, a multi-national group of researchers and professionals focused on translating evidence into concrete policy, operational, and relationship change for community and business interaction. Caitlin joined Namati’s Myanmar team from July 2015-October 2017 where she lead the team’s policy work. Previously she consulted on inter-communal conflict and dialogue in Myanmar and served as a member of the first cohort of Presidential Fellows at Open Society Foundations. She also spent two years at USAID and the US Department of State in Washington, DC and Ethiopia where she worked on a variety of natural resource and conflict programming, including paralegal programs and human rights assessments. She has a masters in Public Policy from Princeton’s Woodrow Wilson School. She is a freelance writer for publications like The Economist, The Diplomat, Huffington Post, and others.
