Trained and experienced in rule of law for development with skills in project management, capacity building, monitoring and evaluation, and online forensic investigations. Highly motivated and passionate researcher with skills in writing and presentation with profound understanding of the political affairs of the Central and Eastern Europe, as well as overall political awareness of the European context. I hold a Master degree in Law from the Yaroslav Mudry National Law University of Ukraine and a LL.M. degree in Rule of Law for Development from the Loyola University Chicago.
