I am a researcher/consultant in the filed of justice in fragile states since 10 years. I'm also a PhD student focusing on the links between access to justice, rule of law and development in fragiles states. I work more precisely on the impact of development programs which aim to increase access to justice in African Great Lakes region and MENA region.
