Namati's Director of Finance and Administration. Over the past decade, Lee has worked with several grant-based organizations in international development. At the National Democratic Institute for International Affairs, he served as an international staff accountant responsible for the Southern and East Africa, as well as Latin America Caribbean, portfolio before moving to the field to assume the role of financial manager for the Iraq program. Most recently, as the International Grant Manager for the American Bar Association, he oversaw association compliance with grant regulations and agreements, financial oversight of all 40 association field offices, and the development of the grant policies and procedures including the association NICRA. He holds a Masters in Business Management from the University of Maryland.
