I am Mustapha Kanu, a Monitoring and Evaluations professional who believe in a society were the law is not just for the most powerful but seeks the interest of the poor with equity. I believe that empowerment is change and constant change is development and one way to get development is by getting the people to know what is for them and how they can use it.
