An Executive Director and an accomplished development practitioner with over 19 years’ experience in programming focusing on young people and children.

Worked for Hospice and Palliative Care Association of Zimbabwe (HOSPAZ) in 2003 and 2004 as a youth advocate coordinating the “young people we care” project funded by John Snow International UK. Later joined Kidzcan Zimbabwe as a PSS officer in 2006 and left the organization in 2012 having grown to the position of Project Manager where he designed and implemented the Early Detection of Childhood Cancer awareness programme funded by Tear Fund. Maxwell. Left Kidzcan Zimbabwe to focus on CATCH an organisation he founded in 2007. Since then he has grown the organization CATCH from a briefcase organisation to a child rights force with 6 offices across Zimbabwe while servicing 7 of the 10 provinces while managing grants from USAID, UNICEF, Plan International, VSO, CRS, Canadian Embassy, Dreamtown among others.
