Nondo Nobel Bwami is currently the Resource Mobilization, M&E and External Relations Manager at DIGNITY Kwanza. He has a proven leadership and experience in fundraising and grants management, donor cultivation and relations, monitoring and evaluation, economic empowerment, refugee rights programs, and partnerships. Nondo holds an MSc in Human Resource Management from Mzumbe University and a Certificate in Forced Migration Studies from University of Oxford. Nondo is passionate about human rights, peace, development and poverty reduction. Nondo helped thousands of urban refugees to access livelihoods and self-reliance opportunities, refugee rights workshops and led refugee work rights campaigns to success. Nondo has knowledge of conflict resolution, peace-building, post-conflict reconstruction and reconciliation processes. Nondo is the co-author of, “Dar es Salaam, Tanzania: A Case Study of Refugees in Towns” and the author of the article, “It Takes Courage to be a Refugee”.
