I am the legal empowerment project coordinator of the Sierra Leone Legal Aid Board ,I have being working around community justice programme for the past 10 years in my country .I was among the fist set of people trained to work as community paralegal in the year 2001 just after the 10 year civil war in Sierra Leone and I have worked as programme person in a justice and security reform project known as Access to security and Justice Programme implemented by DAI within the period 2012 -2015. Joining this group I am looking forward in having new innovation and yearning to acquire more knowledge in Legal empowerment programme implementation in line with international best practice and principles.I was recently coordinating the implementation of OSIWA/OSF funding to Sierra Leone Legal Aid Board in the legal empowerment programme and supervising 35 community justice paralegals with the aim of increasing access to primary justice services to indigent population in Sierra Leone.
