Paul Sixpence is currently employed as the Coodinator (Human Rights Advocacy Projects) at Centre Stage Media Arts Foundation (Zimbabwe). As a human rights advocate, Paul is interested in promoting the legal empowerment of marginalised individuals and communities. Thus far, Paul has been leading legal education and para-legal training programmes in poor under-resourced urban and rural settings. Paul has held the following fellowships; Minority Rights Fellowship (Office of the United Nations High Commissioner for Human Rights); Young African Scholar Fellowship (Harry Frank Guggeheim Foundation); Justice Initiative Fellow (Open Society Foundations); Salzburg Global Seminar Fellow; HIV Biomedical Prevention Fellowship (AVAC); Transitional Justice Fellow (Institute for Justice and Reconciliation); Mcgill Echenberg Democracy and Human Rights Fellow (McGill University – Faculty of Law).
