Sorieba is a well experienced Information Technology, Project, Product, Identity Management and Business Executive with over a decade experience in telecoms and process automation. He is familiar with development best practices, web design patterns, and analysing and translating requirements into high-level project designs; architecting solutions for Governments and Communities. Sorieba is the co-founder and general manager of Fix Solution, a company in the business of automating processes for the justice sector institutions. We are currently working with the Sierra Leone Police and Correctional Services to manage the case and identities of suspect/inmates using fingerprint technology. In the network, I took forward to knowing more about the challenges faced by paralegal organisations in delivering access to justice for all. With my telecom background, I will be humbled to workout solutions to address these challenges with network members.
