I am a female aged 56 years old and a school teacher by professional who has been working in the field of education since 1982. I left the classroom in 1997 to join civil society movement and have been working to empower women and girls through lobby for funding for them to either complete their education or empower them to be entrepreneurs in their communities. I am currently working with a regional organisation that works for the right to education to be realized through capacity building of human resource to ensure that communities are demanding for their rights and claiming what belongs to them.
