Uli Parulian Sihombing is founder of the Indonesian Legal Resource Center. The ILRC was established to promote the advancement of human rights and social justice within university legal education programs. The ILRC works to reform Indonesian legal education to include a social justice perspective and bridges the gap between universities and civil society organisations working in social justice.
