Namati is looking to hire an experienced professional who will oversee data collection and quality across our grassroots legal empowerment efforts in Sierra Leone.
The Monitoring and Evaluation Officer will be an instrumental member of the team, responsible for training and supporting our cadre of community paralegals to ensure rigorous case data collection, management, tracking, and overall quality.
The M&E Officer will also work closely with our global Namati team and the team in Sierra Leone to analyze and assess our grassroots implementation efforts across the country in service of enhanced learning and advocacy and to ensure improved programming and impact.
